Your RC transfer, step by step.

1. Step 1Sale agreement and payment

   Delivery note, sale agreement and payment receipt handed to you.

2. Step 2Forms signed

   Form 29 and Form 30 signed by the seller and you, with your ID and address proof.

3. Step 3Loan cleared (if any)

   Lender NOC and Form 35 to remove hypothecation, where it applies.

4. Step 4Filed at the RTO

   Application filed with the RC, insurance and PUC. You receive the acknowledgement.

5. Step 5Insurance in your name

   Policy transferred to you after the ownership change.

6. Step 6New RC issued

   The RC in your name is issued and delivered. Done.
